Hi Everyone
Can you tell me, how I can change the duration of repairs at pistop? In my opinion it's taking a lot of time , so in fact your race is over, cause you get lapped. And I mean such example like a puncture, that doesn't have to take so much time in reality (2 minutes in the game...)
So how can I fix it?!

You could always opt for them not to repair your car during the stop using the in-car menu, and set your damage multiplier low (~10%) in settings so that only horrific crashes actaully hurt the car and affect performance.

That's not the solution i want to hear. Sorry
Wings or other parts should fly away, if collision will happen. Thats part of simracing.
And to switch off repairing at stop is not good, if you had an puncture. You can't drive a whole race with it.
It's only the incredible lenght of repairstops ...

The engine often dies at a long pit stop too.

For long pitstops it's recommend, to stop the engine for this time and start it shortly before end of repairs (for that you have to set two buttons for ignition and starter in the controller-settings)

Yes, in real life, if you loose your front wing, it shouldn't take so long. Of course this issue has gotten a bit better from the beta FSONE 2006. Loosing your front wing meant 300 seconds, when really it should only take 30 seconds.

I was gonna ask this question today. My engine dies while waiting for the repairs, so if its possible to turn the engine off and restart it, that solves that problem

What?? When i lost a front wing its only 30 secs mate.
Unless you killed your suspensions too, and bent those, that is what taking the 300 seconds.
If you enter pits and select repair body damages only, it will indeed fix the wings and leave the suspensions bent alone. (will take only 30 seconds maybe less 15 ? )
