Upgrade to 2gb memory on your pc and get a better video card. www.crucial.com for memory find out what kind of vid card you need agp 4x or 8x or pci express. Then go to www.pricewatch.com and click video cards then search for the kind you need. If you need agp you can get up to gforce 7600gt I think in agp 4x 8x for around 150$ us. Also you may need to upgrade your power supply for the new card. In the end you may be better off spending a little more on a new pc. That should get your fps up to playable level. Also if you downgrade to windows xp that will also make a huge difference. Good luck

My specs:
- AMD AM2 64 X2 6000+ (2x3000 @ 3.01GHz) - PointOfView nVidia 8800GTS (640MB ddr3) - 2GB Kingston Valueram DDR2 (@ 800MHz) - Asus M2N SLI Deluxe - Tacens Valeo Smart 480W (Active PFC and real W)
Config:
rFConfig.exe -> all at max. resolution, max. refresh, DX9, AAx6, vsync on.
rF (ingame) -> All at full settings (ALL), texture filtering x16, all visible cars...
And I get 76fps CONSTANTS!
It has been a hard way to get all the money during a full year, but... you should try it. It just make me horn! LOL
