Hey everyone,
I'd probably be talking on here more and getting to know other people around here but seems everytime i stop playin fsone i want to start it back up again.
I have a couple questions...
Does anyone have any good setups they are willing to share? I've tried so many different setups from manual ajustments of gear ratios and suspension to playing with little touches of items i have no idea what they do.
No matter what i do the AI always seems like they are that much faster then me esepcially around some turns, i'm pushing my car to the limit and they take me on the outside zooming passed me like i was stuck in 4'th gear...
I'd just love to have some suggestions and ideas possible someone with a nice setup they enjoy using and like to share. Driving me nuts...
I've also tried different types of tires, pressures etc i've found what i like for handling but power i just can't find.
Every car i look at is all limited to V8, 1800 RPM.
I'm not the best driver lol but i sure can't be that bad that in 7'th gear red lining AI passes me with a breeze...
Sorry for rambling but i love this game and its only been few days and would love input from other drivers who know what they are talking about..
Thanks!!

Hi, To be honnest with you I would say that the best you can do is TRY & MAKE your own setup that suits to your driving style ! I know it's easy to say but everybody will tell you the same. It's so challenging to find a good balance between power & stability that you will find the game even better than you think now. Believe me... Be curious ! Try different combinations & settings and you will learn how the car behaves... To help you in your learning process here is a link where you will find a setup guide explaining in general which settings to apply according your willings (oversteering/understeering car, tyres, suspension, power distribution etc...) ! www3.sympatico.ca/cbarnett/SetupMatrix.htmlI hope I helped you a bit ! Have a good day

actually that did help a lot to allow me to figure out what everything else, cause as i mentioned so many items i dont want to mess with because i don't quite understand what they will effect. I've come close to getting what i want, i can "almost" keep up with the AI lol but they still seem faster on straight roads but technical turns etc is where i always overtake. Appreciate the info and once i get a bit better i'll start racing online. For these seasons how many tracks are there and what rank do you need to place in in order to proceed? The 2006 season i can't seem to pass to second track. wife even says she feels replaced great work to the development team!!
