Hello all, I just would like to know, in suspension setup, for the value of quick compression, slow compression etc, a small number means that suspension are supple or hard ? Thanks to answer me Lower Rear Suspensions will get you more control around corners, Less spin outs. Higher Rear Suspensions will get you faster acceleration but higher chance of spinning out or difficulties with some corners. Lower Front Suspensions help you turn faster into turns. Basically simple. Lower more grips - Higher faster acceleration and more slip. Phil

I have a suspension related question, what exactly is the "third spring"? And how does this effect handling?
