wonderful . installed it & it SCREWED UP the rF menu !!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF ??!! Just thought I sign up because according to my weblog this board is the second highest cross references my site acording to my weblog. So may be I can help with any issues or questions. As for your problem, rather than drawing immediate conclusions as I gather form you expression of annoyance. 1. This mod does not even contain any menu files. So I expect it is caused by something else, or something you did or may be other mods you have installed fo whatever reason. 2. The installer has been tested on many sytem without any problems. Not a mod fault. But rather than saying WTF, why not ask and be a bit more specific about the problem so I or someone can help to resolve it. Your name rings a bell from F1gamers

We all know it's a shame always critisizing like that but let him just evacuate his frustrations! Anyway, good job m8!

No worries m8. Thanks for the comments. I have respect for all modders what they do etc. That sort of thing is just trying to put something down. I thought post here just of any issues and offer help etc.
Also perhaps some of the fsone guys will perhaps evaluating it etc and may bring some useful ideas to them regarding AI performance etc. There is nothing new there but using the Ai physics parameters in a better way IMHO. AI is not great in this mod in terms of cars staying on the track all the time on all tracks, it would need a trackpack for that, but more can be done with ISI AI than a lot of mods perhaps currently show.
I would be good to see that in fsone07 too and hopefully adopt that or a similar approach.
Anything that can be contributed to make better mods is always a good thing, and I am all for sharing these ideas if it can help others make something better too.

Good to see some "open minders" on this forum! You will go far with such a mentality. I do really appreciate...

Congrats, Afborro, for your nice mod, a real gift to the community, but ALSO for your style: modest, constructive and open to different opinons without personal negativities or hysteria. Nice to see mature & cool people as encoraging for the long live of this great GAME....
Well done.

well, i used GoBack to completely roll back my HDD to a time BEFORE I installed it & all was fine.
ran the installer again & my menu would not load any numbers / letters 'tooltip' this and 'tool tip' that.
rolled back again, all was fine & simply deleted the download completey

well, i used GoBack to completely roll back my HDD to a time BEFORE I installed it & all was fine. ran the installer again & my menu would not load any numbers / letters 'tooltip' this and 'tool tip' that. rolled back again, all was fine & simply deleted the download completey Not sure what you are talking about here. either I am being completely thick or missing the point. My rfactor default interface doesn't have any tooltips, yet in your first post you mention rf menus so I do assume you are talking about the rf UI Lets hope you are not talking about windows menus here. If you simply point to the installer to a temp folder you should see that the mod only contains an rF1GP folder inside vehicles, rFm files and some talent files, nothing gets touched that has anything to do with the UI. Even of it got extracted to a wrong folder there are no matching filenames that would even corrupt the UI. I wonder what OS you are runing Vista or XP ? Also it would have been useful to see a screenshot. Having said all that, I am sure you could work it out, seeing in another thread you are quite capable of editing physics files makes me think you have enough knowledge to work this out if you wanted to and would also know that a roll back is way over the top to just restore rfactor menus. My main concern is of course that this doesn't happen to anyone else but I can't see how, May be out of line here, but the possibility enters my mind this is perhaps some kind of April 1st joke Perhaps some evidence and a screenshot will show I am wrong, and potentially help others if this is a real issue.
